Move As One and Whole Heart Ranch are coming together to host a one-day Live Leadership Lab at the ranch — an immersive leadership experience designed for people who want to lead with clarity, presence, and heart.
This isn’t a lecture.

It’s a small group of leaders, out at the ranch, learning alongside horses — in real time.

What Happens in the Lab
You’ll step into a series of guided experiences with both the Move As One game and our masterful herd of horses, designed to help you see your leadership in action.
Not through theory — through experience.
During the day you will:
