In this informative and experiential program, Julie explores the teachings of competitive ballroom dancing where leadership and teamwork are vital to success. Using dance as a framework, Julie gets your organization moving. She shares ideas that can be put to use in a practical manner for improving leadership and team performance within an organization. 

Participants learn to apply the five phases of MOVES™Map, Open, Vision, Engage and Sustain. These phases guide you to break through obstacles, enhance creativity, convene a unified vision and implement accountabilities. Learn to inspire wholistic leadership and co-creative teams. This program offers principles of transformation to move you and your team to success.

Partner dancing demonstrates embodied leaders and co-creative teams. The four principles of an embodied leader are presence, passion, purpose and partnership. Co-creative teams require cooperation, communication, clarity and commitment—all of which are practiced in the world of ballroom dance.

Julie is a professional ballroom dance teacher currently teaching at Balance Pointe Studios in St. Louis Park, MN. Her dance experience includes American smooth and rhythm and International standard and latin. As a competitive dancer, she has received multiple 1st place awards in silver level competitions.
