Together we practice Miracle of the Breath™ techniques, mindful movements and moving conversations for building a healthy culture within and around you. Learn the “moves of co-creation” to empower your manifesting abilities.

Using these techniques, you can release old habits of fear, doubt, anger and craving. Wake up your creative energy using a fun, fresh game approach, Your Wise Moves.

Practice opening your body, brain and breath, and building your culture within in-harmony with nature. By following a natural order, learn how you can easily align with joy.

Facilitated by Julie Delene: Julie has integrated multiple tools including mindfulness, qigong, partner dance and dynamic moving conversations.   Julie will invite you to move as one with your natural rhythm. As a whole-system consultant, she empowers people from the inside-out to reach their highest visions, and thrive moving forward.
